Honestly, because of the scar, I hadn’t considered autologous costal cartilage, but after the consultation, the director’s confidence and aesthetic sense made me decide I absolutely had to do it here, so I went ahead with it, and I’m extremely satisfied with the result.. Before that, I had gotten filler several times, so it may not show much in photos, but the front, 45-degree angle, and side view all improved and look more refined. I love that it doesn’t have that particular overly done, artificial? look of someone who has had nose surgery!
