It seems like the director doesn’t overtreat and is honest and conscientious, but instead he takes such a defensive attitude that he tends to lower expectations for surgery. He is well known in this field, so I really wanted to meet him at least once, but I’m in a situation where I’m hesitant because he doesn’t seem confident about the surgical result and patient satisfaction..
