I made a reservation and didn’t wait long before going straight in for the consultation. After a brief consultation with the manager, I had the consultation with the director. As soon as I went in, he was already looking at my nose CT and assessing it. He said it was a slightly long nose. He said my current nose was already pretty enough, and spoke as if it would be a bit of a waste to touch it unnecessarily. I do have a nasal bridge, but there is a slight hump and the nasal tip droops, so when I said I wanted to lift it, he said I had enough septal cartilage and that surgery would be possible without an implant, but it would only be a slight improvement. He emphasized that there wouldn’t be a major change. He was very kind, and even when I asked what materials would be used, whether it would droop, etc., he explained everything in detail and kept checking whether I had any more questions. I like a natural look and don’t want to change much from my current image, so I’m planning to do it here!
