The director is the type who only says exactly what needs to be said, so I didn’t get long answers to each question. I’ve already had 3 nose surgeries + philtrum reduction, so it’s a difficult contracted nose, and I also have an underlying condition that makes anesthesia difficult. I wanted implant-free reconstruction while removing the implant, but he only talked about removal, so personally I felt a bit disappointed (Other top 3 removal clinics said it was possible) He also told me about bad outcomes to prepare for the worst-case scenario, so I felt hurt, but I was somewhat relieved when he said not to be too scared. He said that philtrum reduction can lower blood flow in the sutured area and negatively affect recovery after revision rhinoplasty, and theoretically columellar necrosis could occur. But I had already had another nose surgery after philtrum reduction, and he did say that if it was fine then, it would probably be fine this time too. Please keep that in mind
