I went around to about 10 places for nose surgery consultations. They recommended additional procedures that other hospitals had not recommended. It felt like the director had firm opinions of his own rather than focusing on the patient's needs. Depending on the listener, that could feel either good or bad..
Another surprising part was that it left an impression when he scolded a staff member in the waiting area for patientsㄷ
After the consultation, I felt very strong pressure from the consultant to book surgery. I really regret having made the reservation at that time, as if I had been swept along.
A few days after making the reservation, they contacted me again, and there were so many review-writing requirements that had not been explained in detail during the consultation. They even asked me to hand over the IDs/passwords for several plastic surgery communities, and that was the first thing that completely put me off. After seeing reviews in this community, I was put off a second time.
When I tried to cancel the reservation, they said they would definitely deduct a penalty fee. Even that, I don't know when they plan to cancel it.. If a penalty fee is incurred as soon as payment is made, shouldn't they have told me that before I paid?
