Hi everyone.. I’m a mom in my 40s, and I’m so upset and desperate that I’m posting this.Last year, I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at a clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station. I’d had surgery with an L-shaped silicone implant before, and my nose was apparently about to break through, so every clinic I went to for a consultation said I needed to do it quickly. After choosing very carefully, I had surgery at a clinic said to be good at revision surgery, with autologous costal cartilage, cartilage repositioning, soft-tissue reinforcement, and even rhinitis treatment, paying almost 7 million won. But now, a year later, the cartilage is showing through at the tip of my nose like that white spot. What should I do?When I touch the white area, I can feel the cartilage right away, so even when I wash my face, my hands are trembling..I was so shocked that I rushed to the clinic, but their response was absurd.. The director said that as long as I don’t get a wound from an accident, it won’t break through, so I shouldn’t worry. He said it may stay as it is, or if it becomes red or rises like a pimple, that would be a danger sign. Is it okay to just leave this alone? No, to my eyes it looks like it could break through as soon as tomorrow, but does it make sense to say it’s fine as long as there’s no wound? Even before the revision, my skin had become very thin, and they said they wouldn’t raise it excessively during surgery, but now they’re talking about how my own flesh is thin and the dermis was absorbed, and about the engraftment rate. They say it can’t be helped, and if I’m really anxious, they’ll do revision surgery for me, but they’re quoting 2.2 million won for revision cost, cartilage, and dermal reinforcement, not even as aftercare. They say it’s “the patient’s choice”.. Is this right? They suggested taking dermis from my buttocks to reinforce it, but I’m scared of scarring, and I’m losing sleep over whether I can trust this clinic again.Everyone, please give me some advice. This white spot, is it really okay to leave it alone like the clinic says? I’m worried my skin will break through, so I can’t sleep at night..Is it right to pay 2.2 million won for aftercare when this symptom appeared after just one year?Has anyone resolved costal cartilage showing through? I’m thinking of going to a reconstruction specialist, so if there’s a place that handles cases like mine well, please recommend it..

I made a consultation appointment by phone and went in for the consultation. I was concerned about the fat on my inner thighs, so the quote for inner thighs + 4 abdominal points was 2.1 million KRW (event price). First, in the consultation
