Should I get revision rhinoplasty or not? It’s urgent

It’s been about 1 year and 3 months since I had nose surgery, and I originally had a deviated septum, so I got that corrected and also raised my nose a bit. But even after surgery, the deviated septum didn’t improve well, so I knew that the airway inside was still narrow, right?? But recently, for the first time, I started picking my nose, and when I touched inside the nostril on the side where the airway is narrow, the septum area was protruding. So I suddenly thought, what if the septum keeps protruding more and more as time passes? The hospital where I had surgery is in another area, so I couldn’t go there urgently, and there was another ENT nearby where I had a CT taken about 6 months ago to check the condition of my nose, so I went there. 6 months ago, at that hospital, they said my septum was deviated and told me, very gently? to go talk to the hospital where I had my nose surgery about whether or not to have revision surgery. But when I went today, they told me I should absolutely trust them, not go to any other doctor, and get revision surgery… The reason was that one side of my septum is narrow, so it’s hard for me to breathe. They were saying things like, “Your nose was raised too much~” and that’s why the septum is deviated. But while hearing that, I was like, huh? Because everyone around me and my family all said my nose itself was originally high, so they didn’t even know I had nose surgery. They said what changed was that my hump was shaved down a bit and things like that… And since I originally had a deviated septum, I asked if it might have just gone back to how it was before, and whether revision surgery was really necessary. They said they didn’t know? and just told me I definitely need revision surgery. They told me to go to the hospital where I originally had surgery and get it done cheaply;; Because they spoke so confidently, it really made me feel like I have to do it, you know? But for now, they said that compared to the CT from 6 months ago, my septum is not more deviated now or anything. Honestly, since the deviated septum correction wasn’t enough, I still sleep with my mouth open and breathing is a bit uncomfortable, but I like the shape itself, and revision surgery is burdensome because it means opening my nose again. If they say they can straighten only the septum with a closed approach, would it be better to have revision surgery??
