Previously, I only had silicone inserted, but the angle was awkward, so it actually made my nose look longer. I liked how natural the front looked, but I didn’t like the side profile. It looked like I had something done, but in a slightly ambiguous way, with only the nasal bridge raised haha. I considered just living with it, but after thinking about it for a long time and doing a lot of research, I went because I heard they specialize only in noses and are famous for their aesthetic sense. I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and during the surgery they actually lowered the nasal bridge, lowered the radix starting point, and corrected the columella. I hope it turns out naturally well. Right after coming out, it hurt so much, but now that the painkillers have kicked in, it doesn’t hurt anymore, and only the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested feels slightly stiff.
