It’s already March even though I haven’t really done anything this year. I need to pull myself together again, exercise, diet a bit, and try to achieve my various goals one by one. Since facial thread lifting has to be done periodically, I think I should go back once again to Director Jung at Dr. Jung Liban. I’m scared of a facelift, and I don’t think I’m at that stage yet, so I’ll probably have to keep doing threads. Usually, if you want to be really satisfied, people do it once every 6 months, but since I also do laser treatments, I’m planning to do it on a 2-year cycle. If only very strong threads are inserted, the cheekbones can protrude and it can be a mess, but they seem to use different threads well for each area, so I can’t go to other clinics. I do think the doctor’s experience is important. Everyone in your 20s and 30s, take good care of yourself while you’re young, because it’s too hard to try to do everything at once when you get older. Even if it’s not facial liposuction or Mint thread lifting, try things little by little, like lip filler, contour injections, Ultherapy, InMode, and other popular lifting procedures, and I think it’s better to do major surgeries like breast surgery or facial contouring surgery when recovery is faster. Now that I’m in my 40s, I’ve just become more scared.. lol I can’t do major surgeries. These days, it seems like double eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and square jaw Botox are basically standard. My child’s middle school friends don’t have pretty faces, but once they become college students, everyone becomes pretty by magic. Cosmetic surgery prices have gone up a lot too, so the burden on moms is getting bigger. I guess I should at least start saving for it lol. It seems like many start eye surgery in 9th grade and do rhinoplasty in high school. I had double eyelid surgery about 5 years ago, and I considered revision eye surgery too, but rather than my eyes, as my forehead started sagging, the line kept getting thinner. I’m thinking of considering things like Endotine later too. There are also many people around me who worry about nasolabial folds and under-eye hollowness, but these days a lot of people do things like Juvelook or Ultracol instead of fillers or lower blepharoplasty. For sure, no matter what surgery you do under sleep anesthesia, even if it’s expensive, there always seems to be satisfaction. If you’re thinking about how to get rid of chin fat, I really recommend double chin liposuction. At around 550,000 won, it seems really cheap with today’s prices. Even after doing laser procedures several times, there’s no effect, bruising and pain can happen, and I heard a celebrity recently even got burned.. I think removing the fat is the most definite method. If you’re considering lasers like InMode or Doublo, I recommend facial liposuction. The cost and time of going multiple times are such a waste. I’m so satisfied because the effect and maintenance period are semi-permanent. A lot of people ask about the price or cost, and thread lifting + double chin thread lifting + double chin liposuction + square jaw Botox came out in the high 2 million won range at Dr. Jung Liban. Since it’s spring, I should look into body liposuction too. As I get older, the weight really doesn’t come off lol. It’s hard to starve myself too haha
