3-month review after surgery for a bulbous nose, droopy nasal tip, and hump nose

As you can see in the photos, I had a bulbous nose with a wide, rounded nasal tip. And as you can tell from the side-view photo, I had a slight hump and a long nose with the tip drooping downward (droopy nasal tip), and more than anything, from the front my nasal tip looked wide and blunt and didn't look three-dimensional, so I think that's why I decided to get rhinoplasty.

It has been 3 months and 3 days since I had it done, and these are recent photos. I had it done without an implant, and I also had nasolabial angle correction at the same time. I also had functional nose surgery. One side of my nose was almost blocked, so I used to breathe only through one side of my nose and snore. And I had a strong aversion to silicone, and since I also have a bit of a nasal bridge, the doctor didn't really recommend silicone either, so I did it without an implant.

In terms of cosmetic satisfaction, I'm about 70% satisfied. Honestly, my nose shape still looks a little different from time to time. Especially right after waking up, when I touch my nose, it feels a bit firm and swollen. But I think the swelling is gradually becoming less severe. And starting about a month after rhinoplasty, scar tissue began to form, and now I think I still have some residual swelling and scar tissue. With rhinoplasty, I think you have to look at it over a long period, around 6 months to 1 year, to know the final shape.

Functionally, I can breathe completely well, and thankfully it's so comfortable with no side effects!

I really hope people research rhinoplasty thoroughly before doing it. I don't think there is such a thing as 100% satisfaction.
