Before the nasal osteotomy consultation, they take a CT scan and run a virtual simulation. They said the result would probably come out almost the same. My nasal bones themselves were originally very wide, so I only had osteotomy done. Right after the surgery was over, they took another CT scan right away to check whether the nasal bones had been properly narrowed!! And the best part was that I didn’t have to go through the hellish nasal packing on day 1 and day 2...!!!
