What I was disappointed about after my first surgery was that I didn’t get the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted + the bridge and tip of my nose still looked blunt;;; The side profile was at least somewhat acceptable, but the nose tip was disappointing,,, the tip was drooping, so I didn’t get the line I wanted lol Especially from the front, the tip and bridge didn’t look slim and defined,, It’s not that there was absolutely no change after the first surgery, and it did change, but there was still this vague, unsatisfying feeling left, so I really thought a lot about whether I should get revision surgery or not..;; If I had surgery again at another hospital, it would cost twice as much, but if I had it again at the hospital where I had the first surgery, I wouldn’t be able to trust them. And what about recovery after surgery? Since I’m someone who thinks my time is money too, I spent quite a lot of days standing at the threshold of indecision lol Once I started thinking I should at least get consultations, I thought it would be better to research properly and do it at another hospital, so I compared various reviews on apps and forums and narrowed it down to a few hospitals that matched my style well?? From there, I planned to get consultations and decide slowly, so I also narrowed down the hospitals I would visit in person. I chose hospitals mainly based on: *Director’s experience (at least 20 years) *Whether they had many reviews for bulbous noses or revision surgery (I valued experience) *Reviews with the nose line I wanted + a polished natural-glam look I chose hospitals with those points in mind and even went for consultations. After going around for consultations, the materials they recommended were all different, and the costs really varied a lot too,, lol Since I’d already been burned once, I placed more importance on the result than the cost when getting consultations. They said it would be good to do osteotomy, which I hadn’t done during my first surgery, and use donated costal cartilage with good support for the nasal tip, and that to make the nasal tip suit the nose look I wanted, it would be better to readjust the bridge too. When I thought about even replacing the silicone implant, the cost was definitely no joke I just decided to leave it to my future self and went for installments, and this is the result of finally getting rhinoplasty lol Regret? None! The nose line came out exactly as the polished natural-glam straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted, so I’m even more satisfied. From the front too, all the blunt areas were refined and it looks slimmer now, so I can take front-facing photos without feeling burdened lol It’ll take some time to pay off the loan, but since I’m satisfied with how I look now, well.. haha + The hospital where I first got my nose done didn’t even have things like sebum care, but this place takes care of that too haha
