My nose wasn’t exactly low, but I had a dorsal hump, so whenever I took photos, it stood out a lot, which was quietly stressful. After deciding on rhinoplasty and doing a lot of online research, I saw no-implant rhinoplasty reviews at the clinic where the dorsal hump had been smoothed out really neatly, so I booked a consultation! During the consultation, the director designed my nose to match my overall facial balance, and it seemed like he was really serious about nose design lol I was so grateful that he kept revising it several times and tried to reflect my opinions.. I had the surgery with a closed approach, so I wore a splint for about 3 days, and when I took the splint off and looked in the mirror, the line from the nasal bridge to the tip was so pretty,, For anyone who dislikes an artificial look and wants their dorsal hump neatly smoothed out!! I highly recommend no-implant rhinoplasty,, haha The director shaped the nasal tip line so well that these days I live for taking selfies >,<
