I had both a hooked nose and a bulbous nose, so when I smiled, it spread out and looked like a cushion nose. On top of that, my nasal bridge was low but my nose wasn’t small, so it had quite a strong presence on my face lol After thinking about it over and over, I finally got nose surgery for the first time this time I heard that rhinoplasty has a high revision rate, so I looked into hospitals really carefully and I had the surgery at ㅁㅇㅌ! They were really good at understanding my needs, and I guess I’d say the communication with me was really good? What I wanted and what the director pursued matched well, so I don’t think it was hard to choose among the hospitals I had consultations at I had silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and because I had a bulbous nose, hooked nose, needed columella lowering, and even had a slightly crooked nasal bridge, I also had crooked nose correction done together I wanted a slim nasal bridge, but my skin is on the thicker side, so I was worried whether that kind of look would come out well But it turned out even better than I expected, and after getting nose surgery, my overall facial image changed so much I’m super, super satisfied!! Should I say my face looks more neat and balanced now lol Now it doesn’t spread out when I smile anymore and everyone says it turned out well. It has completely settled in properly, so it’s a total success! I’m so glad I got nose surgery
