Lower Canthoplasty, Lateral Canthoplasty, and Upper Blepharoplasty Review

Concerns before surgery My eyes themselves were not exactly small, but the horizontal length was short and the outer corners of my eyes felt blocked, so they always looked somewhat stuffy. Especially when I smiled, my eyes looked even smaller, which stressed me out.

Consultation review During the consultation, they looked at my eye structure and explained that doing lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty together would widen the horizontal width, and that slightly improving the strength of opening my eyes with upper blepharoplasty would make them look clearer. They did not recommend opening them excessively and suggested keeping it natural, so I trusted them.

Day of surgery It was done under sedation anesthesia, so I do not remember much, and afterward it just felt a little stiff and sore. The surgery did not feel that long to me.

Recovery process At first there was some swelling and bruising, but after about 1 week it went down a lot, and over 2-3 weeks the line settled naturally. I started washing my face and applying makeup according to the timing the clinic instructed.

Current results My eyes definitely look longer horizontally, and the stuffy feeling has mostly disappeared. I often hear that my impression looks much more open and refreshed.

The change is not overly obvious, so personally I am even more satisfied.
