I had a complex about how the area under my eyes and the outer corners looked closed off, so for a long time I always wore heavy eye makeup. I had to extend my eyeliner far out and fill in my lower lash line heavily for my eyes to look even a little less stuffy... My face without makeup looked too plain, and my eyes seemed even smaller. At first, honestly, I was really worried about what if it ended up looking unnatural for no reason, but after actually getting the lower canthoplasty, I really like it! It’s been 1 month now. My eyes look naturally more open and refreshed, so I’m very satisfied!! Before, I always wore heavy makeup, but now even with lighter makeup my eyes don’t look stuffy, and even when I wear large-diameter contact lenses, they don’t look heavy at all—they look so pretty! If anyone is thinking about canthoplasty surgery, I’d like to recommend it!
