I had my first rhinoplasty 5 years ago, and who would have thought I’d end up getting revision rhinoplasty again after just 1 year. They say a lot of people succeed with just one surgery, but I never thought I’d have my nose touched 3 times by now. When I got my first surgery, I only preferred a high nose no matter what, but looking back now, I think I was too short-sighted. I should have checked whether it suited my overall face... After the first surgery, my nose line became too high and straight, so if you only looked at my nose, it felt like a completely masculine nose. I was really stressed because of this, and I thought I should fix it with minimal correction, so I only redid the nasal tip, but somehow the straight look became even stronger and the tip gradually drooped too Because of that, it was in a state where it couldn’t be resolved without touching it again, so I very carefully looked into clinics and found out about one through a friend’s recommendation. During the consultation, I told them I wanted a soft straight-to-slightly-curved line that would naturally suit my face overall, and they said the nasal bridge would need to be lowered a bit because of the limits of my skin. I was worried that if the bridge was lowered, it would become completely like my original nose, but contrary to that worry, I think the result actually turned out better than before. My impression feels softer and more feminine! For the first and second surgeries, maybe because I was too greedy, my face and nose really didn’t suit each other, but after this revision surgery, it suits my face and looks harmonious overall, so I’m satisfied.

I wanted nose surgery with a shape like Sullyoon's, with a slight curve, but not too much of a straight-with-curved-tip line, more of a straight-line feel. I tend to have a bit of a bulbous nose, so I wanted that to look slimmer too…
