I had facial fat grafting

I got full-face fat grafting at ㅅㄱ, and at the 2-week mark I went in and had the stitches removed too... I ended up having something scheduled on the day I was originally supposed to visit, and the hospital said it would be okay, so I was going to postpone it by a day or two, but I still thought it would be better to have them removed on the scheduled date, so I really dragged myself all the way to Apgujeong.. I originally debated whether to do full-face or just by specific areas, but I think I’m glad I did full-face. It was fresh fat, so seeing the fat already going down is seriously heartbreaking.... They say fat grafting usually definitely needs a first round and even a second round, but after feeling satisfied once, I’m sure I have to do the second round. For everyone who had facial fat grafting, did the fat definitely go down less after the second round?? They say the engraftment rate is different for everyone, but I hope it doesn’t go down any more from here
