I had surgery only on the nasal tip using donated costal cartilage, without silicone. It has been about 3 weeks since the surgery, and the swelling has gone down much more than before. But my nose is still very blocked. Of course, it’s not that I can’t breathe at all, but I have to blow my nose regularly, and I sound nasally like when you have a cold. Since breathing is uncomfortable, I find myself breathing through my mouth without realizing it. They say it gets better around one month, but how long does it take to become completely okay?
