They say the nose looks better if you use an implant, but I’m a bit scared that contracture or something like that might happen later.. Has anyone gotten a no-implant nose job and regretted it because the shape wasn’t pretty?? I’m really interested in nose surgery, but because I’m worried about the materials and silicone, I can’t easily go for it....
