I lost a lot of weight, and after losing weight, my facial contours became too pronounced, so I’m considering facial contouring surgery.. Since they’re shaving down bone anyway, rather than making it look natural, I want it to look a bit noticeably clean and defined. But when I looked at hospital websites like Note, Saegim, BT, etc., they seemed to be divided into double fixation and triple fixation. Would the results differ depending on how the fixation is done?? This part makes it even harder to research. Hospitals all say their own method is better..
