One-month review after partial-incision double eyelid surgery

After thinking about double eyelid surgery for years, I finally had it done with the partial-incision method a month ago. I originally had monolids, but I was stressed because I often heard that I looked sleepy. I was worried that the non-incision buried-suture method might come undone, so I chose partial incision. I went to consultations at several places, and decided on the one that created a natural-looking line and didn’t push excessive procedures. The consultation atmosphere was fine, and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The day of surgery was less of a big deal than I expected. I don’t think the surgery took very long either. It’s been one month now, and when I wear makeup it looks almost natural, and even bare-faced it doesn’t look extremely obvious. Maybe just a little scarring still visible? People say the line is a bit low, but I wanted it low anyway, so I think I’m satisfied. The swelling will go down more, right...?
