I had surgery with a closed approach + hump refinement + ear cartilage after a consultation with Director Kim Jin-woo at a plastic surgery clinic. Before surgery, my concern was that my nasal tip looked blunt and droopy, so I went in for a consultation. First of all, it didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic; they consulted with me one-on-one. I had a very specific direction I wanted for the surgery, and aside from that, they didn’t recommend anything else. They only guided me toward a good direction within what I wanted. I wanted a natural-looking nose without completely removing the hump, and now it’s been one month and I like it.
