I’m looking into full nose implant/material removal, but at ㅅㅅㅇ they told me to leave the septal support strut in, so I’m confused. ㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ said they would do complete removal, but according to the doctor at ㅅㅅㅇ, the nasal septum can only be used once in a lifetime.. If I get everything removed and don’t like it, then want surgery again after 6 months, I wouldn’t be able to use septal cartilage, right? They say I’d have to use something like autologous costal cartilage.. Ah, I’m torn. My heart wants complete removal, but I’m afraid I’ll regret it later For now, I definitely want to lower my nasal tip height, but I wonder if leaving the septal cartilage in would also affect the height. I’m stuck and can’t decide either way...
