I’m writing again because after getting revision eye surgery at the clinic, it feels like the shape has definitely settled in now.. haha When I was younger, I had double eyelid surgery together with ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty. But the epicanthoplasty had opened up. When I went around for revision consultations, other clinics would just say things anyone could say, like of course they could do it for me and that I’d look prettier, so it felt like they were just glossing over things? But only the director at this clinic told me it might not look harmonious and that restoration would actually be better, and I felt sincerity in the consultation, so I trusted them and went ahead with it. The double eyelid line they designed for me was also exactly the feeling I wanted!! In the end, I changed from looking stuffy and harsh to a softer, rabbit-like look.. People around me also tell me a lot that the surgery turned out well! I had been secretly worried that restoring the epicanthoplasty might make my eyes look stuffy, but I’ve actually heard a lot that my eyes look much more comfortable, and they also redid the ptosis correction so naturally that I’m happy. The subtle sausage-eye look I had before is completely gone too. If anyone is thinking about revision eye surgery like me, I really recommend it..
