When removing my nose implant, I’m debating whether to leave the support graft in or not. The support graft only serves as support, right? Does the nose become higher because of the support graft? I don’t like a high nose.. If I don’t remove the support graft, it won’t affect whether the shape can go back from a surgically done nose to my original natural nose, right?
