I'm someone who worried about double eyelid surgery for almost 2 years lol My eyes aren't small, but I kept looking sleepy, and when I took photos, my double eyelids would get completely buried, so it was stressful. After looking into various clinics, I found out about a plastic surgery clinic, and I had a consultation with Director Kim Sang-il. First of all, I liked that his way of speaking was calm. He wasn't the type to say I absolutely had to do it for no reason. He first pointed out the condition of my eyes, explained what state they were in now, and accurately identified what the issue was. I originally wanted the line a bit higher because I was greedy about the crease, but after looking at the thickness of my upper eyelids and my skin elasticity, the director told me very clearly that if we raised it too much from my current eyes, there was a chance it could become a sausage-looking double eyelid, so that actually made me trust him more. We set the line as a natural in-out line, and went in a direction where it wouldn't look overly obvious. The surgery finished faster than I expected. The important thing is that after the surgery, my eyes look more defined but not excessive, so my satisfaction went up. When I take photos, I definitely don't look sleepy at all, just bright-eyed to the max lol The way eyeshadow shows up when I do makeup is different, so I'm thrilled...
