7-month review of ㄴㅇㄷ rhinoplasty

I have no intention of praising the clinic or screwing them over I’m writing the facts as they are I participated in a review event, but the clinic never contacted me telling me to write a review I think they forgot about me. But I don’t want to contact them first 1. First, my nose is no different from when it was 6 months postop It’s true that I developed rhinitis after rhinoplasty, but it wasn’t rhinitis caused by the nose surgery I met an ENT specialist, and I also asked other doctors and a professor during my clinical practice, and they said it wasn’t caused by the rhinoplasty, and that rhinitis can just develop. To begin with, the rhinitis symptoms started during the change of seasons, and back then, if I lay on one side for a while, I had some difficulty breathing, but over time it naturally improved. It didn’t really interfere with daily life, and I’m living fine now 2. There was insufficient guidance on postoperative care I think if a doctor performs the surgery well, they’ve done their part, and after that the result depends on what the patient does. ㄴ There’s nothing that looks as pathetic as whining about getting inflammation when you couldn’t even hold back from smoking or drinking. I’m a non-smoker, and for 6 months after surgery I didn’t touch alcohol at all. Swelling lasers are nice.. I’m not sure about the effect, but it seems like the clinic takes good care of you. However >>There was insufficient guidance on the care the patient has to do personally after surgery<< There was no explanation about warm compresses or cold compresses, and I remember barely receiving any explanation about swelling management. If they had explained it, I wouldn’t have had to post here after surgery ㅇㅅㅇ If you go into my post history, there are a few posts where I asked questions It wasn’t anything that required medical knowledge, so I thought it would have been nice if the consultants had explained it 3. Other things When I went for consultations at other clinics, they added on several options like donated dermis to a frankly absurd degree, even thinking about it now, and raised the price of primary rhinoplasty up to 7 million won, so there was a time I sat there with dead-fish eyes throughout the consultant consultation and then left There was also a time when I had confirmed a surgery reservation at another clinic, then found multiple reviews about the side effect of the nose becoming crooked, and canceled the day before surgery without getting my deposit refunded My first consultation had been at ㄴㅇㄷ, and after going around and around I went back to ㄴㅇㄷ for another consultation, and including the day of surgery, I received a total of three consultations When I first went, I truly disliked the consultant’s tone so much it made me want to slap them (the consultant got annoyed at my parents when they asked questions;; sorry, but even thinking about it now, it still makes me want to slap them), but you decide on surgery by looking at the doctor, not the consultant.. A long time ago, when I was researching online, someone said in a comment that if you go around to in-person consultations, there will be a clinic where you think, ah, this is the place!! and I think that was right Even after looking into several places, my parents didn’t particularly like ㄴㅇㄷ (they said the director seemed a bit flashy/slightly playboy-ish.. I don’t know about that part, maybe I’m still young), but I kept thinking of this place The reason is that most people, when looking for a clinic to have surgery at, mainly look at good reviews, but I focused on bad reviews, and I couldn’t find a clinic with as few bad reviews as this one. There weren’t that many reviews, but to begin with, it seems like the clinic doesn’t force reviews, and even if you participate in a review event, they don’t seem to rush you. I participated too, but I only got a rough explanation and then forgot, so I don’t know what happened! But I don’t want to contact them first And I thought the director was in his late 30s? very early 40s? and seemed a bit young, so I hesitated a little about surgery, but on YouTube they said he became a plastic surgeon 15 years ago, so it seems he isn’t exactly young..? Maybe because he has that clear-eyed intense image?? He looks young, so there are probably quite a few people hesitating because of that, but I don’t think you need to worry about that.? —————————This ended up longer than I expected, but the conclusion is that whether it’s blacklisted or not isn’t for me to judge, so I’m not sure, but I’m satisfied. If a friend says they’re getting rhinoplasty, I wouldn’t tell them they must do it here, but I would tell them that I had mine done here What I personally felt after having surgery here is, what’s certain for now is 1. Bleeding was on the low side 2. I barely bruised 3. The suturing was done very meticulously and well, so no incision line remains 4. There was insufficient guidance on the postoperative care the patient has to do personally The design aspect is honestly subjective, so it would probably be better to upload photos, but sorry.
