It’s been about 4 months since I had Mentor Xtra breast surgery with Director Lee Jae-su at Next Plastic Surgery! I’ll leave a detailed review for anyone who may be considering it.
First, I had surgery on October 1, 2025, with Mentor implants through the axillary approach, and on the day of surgery I thought driving or taking public transportation would be difficult, so I went with a guardian.
I touched and considered all the implants, and Mentor and Motiva felt similar, but for the price, Motiva didn’t have anything that made me think, “This is definitely a better advantage!!” so I decided on Mentor!!
On the first day, it really didn’t hurt at all, and even on the second day, aside from slight stiffness, I barely had any bruising! I think it was because the director did the surgery well~~
And the very next day, I went to the hospital to have the drains removed, had the drains taken out, removed the compression bandage, and came home.
I heard there are hospitals that don’t use drains, but I personally felt more trust in them still using this conservative method!!
Because it was an axillary approach, they told me to come back a week later to have the stitches removed, but because the Chuseok holiday overlapped, I had them removed 10 days later, on January 10.
After that, until about a week after surgery, washing my hair by myself was so difficult that I went to a salon and asked them to wash it for me, but after a week I adjusted quickly and was fine, so I washed it with my armpits kept tightly against my body.
They said the swelling could move down a lot into the abdomen and become so severe that pants might not fit, but maybe because I took a lot of light walks around my apartment complex starting the day after surgery, I don’t think I had much swelling! What’s certain is that I’m extremely satisfied right now!!
The director said they would definitely start becoming soft from the 3-month mark, but from the first month I was already thinking, “They’re pretty soft though? They’ll get even softer from here?” and now my friends around me all touch them and are shocked.
At first, my husband said he was scared to touch them and thought it would hurt, so he only touched them lightly, but now that 4 months have passed, he seems to have completely forgotten about that~
Of course, if you compare them side by side with naturally C-D cup breasts, they would be different, but everyone says the same thing: when looking at my breasts on their own, both the feel and the shape are very natural!!
And at Next, the director personally handles aftercare, and every time I go, he repeatedly tells me what I should not do and what I need to be careful about. When I went for the 1-week and 1-month follow-ups, he even gave me a test.
He also tells you to make sure to watch his YouTube videos before coming!! And the manager and nurses at the hospital are all so, so kind, so it feels good every time I go! I heard that people who want breast surgery make sure to get a consultation at Next, and I wondered why, but I think there really is a reason. At least try getting a consultation!! Even when I hadn’t decided whether to have surgery yet, they explained everything for an hour and answered all my questions.
The director tells you everything, including what can be improved and how the parts that cannot be improved can be supplemented during surgery, and he shows you in an easy-to-understand way using drawings and photos.
And if I had to pick a downside? Maybe because I did the axillary approach, sensation in my breasts overall has not fully returned yet?
It’s hard to say it’s completely numb!! It’s more like the tingling numb feeling when you get anesthetized before dental treatment? About that level.
The sensation is definitely gradually coming back compared with the beginning, but for now, it seems like only the side areas of both breasts have returned, and the nipple area is still slightly numb! But even if I could go back, I’m satisfied enough that I would still have the surgery.
Now I’ve become so comfortable that I honestly don’t remember the early surgery period or the process well anymore, and above all, they’ve become prettier~!~!~!~!
