I had one rhinoplasty about 4 years ago, but because the silicone used then had a problem, the fact that my nose looked twisted was a concern. And from the start, it had been too excessive. Since there was no natural curve, it even looked slightly longer, so it was like that I decided to lower the glabellar area a little and create a straight line. When the surgeon clearly pointed out the problem areas, it felt like someone finding the itchy spot and scratching it. Right? It was just that. I ended up talking a lot and sharing many of my needs before leaving. The hand skill of the senior surgeon was amazing. She made me look more feminine, and it became the refined nose I wanted. The first surgery was really disappointing, but now that it is complete with revision surgery, my satisfaction is even greater. I had hoped not to use autologous costal cartilage, and I was grateful that she adjusted it with donor rib cartilage. I will end this post wishing for it to settle in place well from now on.
