It’s been about 3 years since my rhinoplasty, and I had 3.5 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used Recently, when I looked in the mirror, the nasal tip looked round and whitish, so I went to the hospital where I had the surgery for a consultation, and they said it was the ear cartilage showing through,, I was told that if I want it removed, they can remove it and only charge the anesthesia fee, but I haven’t scheduled the removal yet! I’m worried that if only the ear cartilage is removed, the shape might look strange. I’m debating whether it would be better to do it at the original clinic where I had the surgery, or whether I should also look into hospitals that specialize in removal..
