I had always felt that my nose sat low and overall lacked depth, so I decided on rhinoplasty to improve the tip and nasal dorsum naturally. While checking hospitals through various plastic surgery apps, I found the reviews I liked most and visited that clinic. During consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo personally guided me carefully and honestly, and I came to trust them, so I booked autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty. The surgery I had done included a dorsal Inofit 3D custom implant, tip reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage, nasal septal angle correction, boko correction, and rhinitis surgery. During recovery, the autologous costal cartilage donor area was a little uncomfortable, but there was no severe pain, and bruising was not heavy. Suture removal was also done well without pain, which was reassuring. As swelling gradually decreased, the nasal-dorsal line settled in naturally, and the boko area improved a lot, making the overall image much clearer, so I am satisfied.
