I heard that for a columella scar, you’re supposed to apply ointment after the wound has healed and one month has passed since surgery, so I bought Noscarna Gel to try. It’s right to apply only the ointment without putting on basic skincare products, right? And what should I do about whiteheads and blackheads? The upper part of my nose is a field of whiteheads lol. Blackheads are dotted here and there on my nostrils, columella, and even up to the boundary between the columella and inside of my nose. I think it’s still too much to do peeling, so I’m being careful. Anyone who knows, please comment~(I was recommended Ilso sebum softener)
