My chin was already short, and I also tend to have a lot of facial fat, so ever since I was young, my double chin bothered me a lot when I looked at my phone or smiled Then, as I got to the age where I’m looking toward my late 30s, I lost even more elasticity, and the skin around my double-chin area couldn’t hold up against my chin fat and ended up sagging.. It reached a point where lasers could no longer control it. To mark the New Year of 2026, I decided to have surgery, and I got double-chin liposuction and muscle tightening surgery at Seoul Dongan Clinic!! Seoul Dongan Clinic is famous for double-chin liposuction, and Dr. Lim Kyung-soo is the head director. I heard he performs the surgery himself, so I went in for a consultation. I booked the surgery date that same day. On the day of surgery, I went in fasting, so I did feel tired, but instead I kind of walked around as if I were dreaming lol and made it safely to and from the operating room. Since I had sedation anesthesia, I fell asleep and when I woke up it was over, and after resting a bit in the recovery room, I went home. I saw some people say there was pain, so I was scared and just took the extra painkillers they gave me in between my morning/lunch/evening medications, even when I wasn’t hurting lol. Because of that, I didn’t have any pain at all. The photo is how I looked right after my first shower the day after surgery. There is a little swelling and bruising, but even with the swelling, it’s much better than my original chin, so I’m satisfied. I have a chin now!! Thank you, Dr. Lim Kyung-soo, for creating a new chin from my recessed chin ^^
