I’m an office worker in my 30s who constantly heard that I looked tired. I was very stressed because of the bulging under-eye fat and the sunken dark circles beneath it, so I eventually decided to have surgery. I was drawn to the director’s explanation that the surgery should not simply make the area flat, but should make it look natural with any expression, whether my face is relaxed or I’m smiling. They showed me several real patient before-and-after photos, and when I saw that patients with eyes similar to mine looked naturally smoother after surgery without an artificial feel, I thought it would be okay to have surgery here. There was no pain at all during the surgery itself, and when I woke up, there was a heavy feeling under my eyes. After the surgery, the director gave feedback about the procedure once and personally explained the precautions. It hasn’t been long, but so far the messy shadow that used to appear below my aegyo-sal has disappeared, leaving only a natural curve, so I’m satisfied.
