Actually, acquaintances I only see occasionally don’t really notice, but people I see every day were surprised even before the swelling went down, saying I looked 10 years younger and asking what had happened. My confidence in my appearance has gone up a lot. This was my first facial cosmetic surgery in my life, and even if no one else notices, I’m very satisfied myself, my self-esteem has risen, and I feel more energized in life. Raising three sons, my hollow under-eyes seemed to show the passage of time, and I felt upset every time I looked in the mirror. Now I feel like I gave myself a reward, and I really think I did the right thing.
