I had surgery in 2020.. I had fat grafting to the forehead and anterior cheeks + chin liposuction. During the consultation, the doctor explained things well, and the consultation manager also explained things well. I think there was a little bit of pressure(?) In the end, the volume around my chin was reduced a lot as I wanted, and the forehead + anterior cheeks engrafted well. I especially really like my forehead because the sunken areas were filled in naturally. For about a year after the first surgery, I didn't like it because so much fat had disappeared from my chin and cheek area that people around me asked if I had been having a hard time lately.. From year 2 to 3, a little cheek fat gradually came back, so I think it became more natural. I'm also fairly satisfied with my face shape. As for the anterior cheek area, I'm not sure whether it's sagging over time or whether the fat is sagging, but I feel like nasolabial folds are gradually forming. Also, they did chin Botox as a service, and whether because of that or because something went wrong with the surgery, the muscle on the left side of my chin has still almost completely disappeared.. I like having a certain amount of jawbone structure, so this part is disappointing. Also, only the cheek on the left jaw area has a slight vertical line. It's okay when my face is expressionless, but when I turn, lower, or move my head, the jawbone doesn't seem to be supporting itㅜ and since there is a vertical line, it stresses me out so much.. But since no surgery can be 100% satisfying, even taking this into account, overall I'm satisfied....
