1-Month Review After a Third Nose Surgery

I had my first nose surgery a lo~~ng time ago, and I also had a revision rhinoplasty 3 years ago. After the revision, my nose became way too high and pointy in a way that didn’t suit my face, so I was really stressed about it It looked awkward from the front too, but the side profile looked especially excessive, so I ended up getting a third nose surgery at a clinic. This time, instead of going for a nose that stands out in a pretty way, my goal was to lower the height a bit and refine it into a natural line that suited my face, and I had it done using donated costal cartilage. It’s only been 1 month, so the residual swelling hasn’t completely gone down yet, but the feeling that only the nasal tip sticks out excessively like before has decreased a lot, and the line has become much softer, so I’m satisfied. More than anything, the biggest thing is that the feeling of “this doesn’t suit my face” has decreased. For everyone who is considering revision surgery because their nose looks too excessive like mine, I think it’s really important not to look only at the height, but to decide while looking at the nasal tip angle and the overall balance together. At the 1-month mark, I feel like the direction was set well hehe
