It wasn’t me who got it done, it was my mom~ Writing in casual speech feels a little awkward for me... haha I’ll try, so please understand~~ I got eyelid fat grafting done for my mom as a birthday gift, and the graft retention has held up so well that I’m writing this~ Because of the hollowed-out tissue, her eye hollows were deeply sunken, and my mom’s menopausal depression got even worse. I was thinking about what kind of gift I should give her for her birthday, and I remembered how upset she looked while looking in the mirror, so I looked into clinics and got eyelid fat grafting done for her. When I searched, a few clinics came up, but Grace Plastic Surgery, where we went for the first consultation, appealed to both my mom and me, so we booked right away and had the surgery. This place uses fresh fat and gives a natural-looking improvement, so the reviews didn’t look artificial. And since my mom is older, I was a bit worried about the recovery part too, but the consultant explained this in detail and gave us her business card, saying to contact her right away if there was any discomfort, so I felt reassured. Thankfully, my mom had no side effects after the eyelid fat grafting, so we only contacted them when scheduling follow-up appointments haha After recovery, my mom’s eye shape became more defined, and she was so happy going to year-end and New Year gatherings. Whenever she came back, she’d say her friends asked her to tell them which clinic she went to, and she’d become such a chatterbox. The depressed look she had before completely disappeared, so I’m happy and proud too hahaha
