I made a reservation and went, but there were many walk-in clients at the same time, so they looked busy. The front desk, the consultation manager, and the director were all kind. The consultation with the director felt, how should I put it, cool and slightly rough and quick. Since the clinic specializes in eye surgery, I expected more detailed explanations about things like my eye type, but there wasn't much, so that was disappointing. It seemed like they asked what surgery I wanted and only discussed things tailored to that. Still, they answered all my questions, and I liked the line they designed for me. They checked it over several times. Both the director and the consultation manager did not pressure me into surgery at all, so I felt comfortable, and they told me to take enough time to think about booking. Because there was an additional fee for revision surgery, the estimate was much more expensive than I expectedㅜㅜ
