They recommended silicone removal, nasal tip cartilage removal, and MegaDerm for the nasal bridge if needed. I was told that adding MegaDerm would cost an additional 500,000 KRW. The surgery would take 1.5 to 2 hours, and because my medical condition makes sedation anesthesia difficult, they said many people do well with local anesthesia too.
