2 years ago, I drank alcohol and fell, so I got a really big wound on my forehead. It wasn’t bad enough to need stitches, but because I didn’t take good care of it, it left a scarㅜㅜㅜ Even with makeup, it didn’t cover well, so I always wore my bangs down, but now I want to wear my bangs back, so I looked into dermatology clinics. Everyone recommended laser treatment, but somehow I didn’t feel drawn to it, so thinking this was my last try, I looked into plastic surgery clinics, and they said even an injury scar could be treated with surgery??? It’s scar revision surgery using fine suturing, and it seemed like it would suit me well, so I went with that. They said it doesn’t disappear right away just because you get surgery, and that I should expect the recovery period to take up to 6 months at the longest. Because of the recovery process for the red scar tissue... It’s been about a month now, and with makeup, it can be covered well enough, so I’m working hard on growing out my bangsㅋㅋ After 6 months, I think I’ll be able to tuck my bangs behind my ears, and the scar will probably be almost gone too.
