I had a consultation after being recommended a director with experience in A-fit nose procedures who is skilled. However, there tends to be a wait for the director. They told me to wait 10 minutes, but left me waiting for over 30 minutes. Only CT was taken, no facial photos X. The director visually checked my nose from various angles. They said shaving down the hump is difficult with a closed approach. Keeping the hump as is / matching the height of the hump is possible. When I showed the nose photo I wanted, they said it would probably be somewhat difficult with a closed approach, and since they would only improve the lacking parts, the surgical effect would be more subtle than expected.
