Three months have passed since my implant-free hump nose surgery, and I can definitely feel that most of the swelling has gone down and my nose line has settled naturally. Since it was implant-free rhinoplasty, I was worried at first that the change might not be very noticeable, but I’m actually very satisfied because it isn’t excessive and suits my face well. I especially like that my side profile has been smoothed out, making my overall impression look much cleaner. From the front as well, my nose looks naturally higher, so my overall facial proportions have improved.
