I had nose revision surgery, and since my nose was originally very low, I asked them to make it as high as possible, but it turned out so naturally and really well. My friends all said it came out well haha To raise the nasal tip as much as possible, we kept the nasal bridge a bit lower. I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and I’m satisfied haha
