My upper arms are really bulky, so it's honestly been lifelong stress,,, This time I’m making up my mind and planning to go all in with liposuction

But I live overseas, so I’m planning to get upper-arm liposuction when I go to Korea for about one to two weeks,, After liposuction, I see a lot of people getting aftercare like radiofrequency and so on (and it’s expensive) If I don’t get aftercare, will there be no effect?

And does anyone know how ㅌㄹㅇ is? I saw lots of good posts and lots of bad posts too,,, I’m also taking recommendations ㅜㅜ
