My nasal bridge wasn’t completely low to begin with, but I had a slight hump, and my columella was tucked far inward, so my nose looked short and stuffy. That had bothered me my whole life; I was also scared that silicone might cause side effects later, and I didn’t think an artificially sharply raised nose would suit my face, so I asked around only for places that were good at implant-free rhinoplasty and ended up getting it done at DTRM. The director carefully checked the design once again and reassured me so I could relax, which made me feel at ease. Maybe because it was done without implants, even after surgery there was definitely less foreign-body sensation, and recovery was much faster than I expected? As the swelling went down, the line gradually started to show, and what I’m most satisfied with is the columella and nasal tip line. The columella that used to be tucked inward and made my nose look stuffy came down just the right amount, so my side profile seriously turned into a work of art. Since the tip was raised naturally using my own cartilage, it doesn’t feel hard or awkward either, and the area where the hump was shaved feels smooth and well refined when I touch it, with no unevenness. Honestly, when people get nose surgery, everyone worries it’ll look obvious, like there’s chalk stuck inside. But since this is implant-free, I don’t have even 1 bit of that concern, and because it made me prettier in a natural way, my satisfaction is 200%. I’d recommend adding it to your consultation list too. There’s no overtreatment, and they only give solutions that fit your nose condition, so it’ll help a lot when deciding.
