I originally had monolids, and I tend to have a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, so I was really worried that it would look very obvious that I had double eyelid surgery. During my consultation with Director Kim Hyun-soo at Grida Plastic Surgery, he explained that, for my eye condition, it would be good to remove fat at the same time and create a natural-looking line, so I proceeded that way. After the surgery, I was surprised because there was much less swelling than I expected. The swelling was much less than my friends who had double eyelid surgery before me, and my recovery was also on the faster side. People around me also all say it looks natural, and I’ve heard a lot that it looks like I originally had double eyelids. I’m satisfied because I think it turned out well without being excessive.
