After double-jaw surgery, my nose became wider and less attractive, so I think that’s why I ended up getting rhinoplasty. It was done using ear cartilage, but since my skin is on the thicker side, I don’t think they were able to create a delicate, slender nose. I’d say the design just turned out neat. It’s been about 5 years now, and I do want to have revision surgery someday.
