I want a natural-looking result, so I looked into it and saw that some cases use no implant, like ear cartilage or septal cartilage. I was wondering if that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s always possible just because I want it. Or if it’s a primary surgery, do clinics generally recommend similar materials? For now, I’ve looked into ㅇㅇ and ㅎㄴㅂ. What do you think?
